On the evening of June 17 2025,
I had to say goodbye to Shoshoni, my very special boy
​
He died from a Heart attack after being spooked and I was there with him, my head on his as I spoke to him softly, stroking his face and kissed him goodbye
​
He had an amazing soft eye , gentle soul , loved his hugs and butt scratches but was always on edge, easily spooked, especially since and surviving the mountain lion attack , being fixed up and repaired and back to health.
I was With him from the first hour he was born and imprinted with him and held him with his last breath . I hate this part. The goodbye
He is now next to his mom (Dakota) once more - I miss them both so much

We are situated in-between Laramie and Fort Collins on the state line of Wyoming and Colorado
We have 4 children and there are no kids at home now.
So its me, 3 dogs, 4 horses, 1 cat and sometimes Alan is home too :p
